We start with a cup of herbal tea, healthy snacks and welcoming chats in the kitchen; moving to the living room, I conduct a Reiki Holy Fire guided meditation experience (20 minutes) to the sounds of nature or soothing music. After a short break, we share reiki treatments on each other in the reiki room (12-15 minutes each depending on number of attendees).
